The homeowners envisioned a landscape that would provide opportunities for relaxation, entertainment, and family activities while preserving the natural character of the heavily shaded site. Original Landscape Concepts developed a master plan centered on the concept of creating a woodland retreat where every destination feels connected to the surrounding landscape rather than imposed upon it.

One of the most significant design challenges involved maximizing the usability of the half-acre property while maintaining a sense of spaciousness and privacy.
