Coppell is largely built out. That's not a problem. It's why the work here is interesting. You've got established neighborhoods with mature live oaks and cedar elms that took thirty years to get where they are. Lots that are large by DFW standards. Custom homes that have been updated but often have a landscape from 1994 still sitting behind them.

We do a lot of renovation work in Coppell. An existing pool that's dated. Wrong shape, outdated equipment, a deck that's cracked or settled. A landscape that never had real outdoor living built into it. Hardscape that's shifted. Gardens that've gotten unmanageable. We assess what's worth keeping, what needs to come out, and design something integrated rather than a sequence of fixes.

The mature canopy is the most valuable thing on most Coppell properties. Irreplaceable. A live oak that's been growing for forty years cannot be replanted. Before any equipment moves on a project here, we establish protection zones. Hardscape gets designed to work around root zones, not through them. Permeable paving or gravel under the canopy edge where surface treatment is needed. This isn't optional.

Renovation projects on occupied sites with existing trees, utilities, and structures require construction management that a blank-slate project doesn't. We plan phasing before we start, communicate it, and execute to it. The goal is a finished project that looks cohesive, not like work happened in stages over two years.
